Uhm, in the past if a line wasn't uploaded or claimed in time and it was up for grabs, it would go to whoever uploaded the line first.

It's true that sometimes the person singing the line before the missing line would sing both lines.
When that happened, it was because there were no other takers.

However I think preference has always been to let someone do it, who hasn't recorded a line for the song (in this case: Elevation) yet.

Seeing her post above and knowing that she missed out on recording a line the first time around, because all lines were already claimed, I say:

Go ahead U2Girl1978!
