The Arcade Fire

*achtung! This isn't really a U2 post, but I felt the need to spread the word about this band!*

Their album, Funeral, is f**king brilliant. Easily best record of the year, and this is hard for me to say knowing U2 released a very fine album this year as well. Both HTDAAB and Funeral deal with the subject of death and end with the feeling that love does really conquer all.

Anyone who has not heard this yet, please look into doing so ASAP.

I like Power Out.

But I like Power Out so much I can't be bothered to hear any of their other songs.

And bloody hell they're from Montreal!

It is easily my best album of '04. Any fan of music should hear it. So if for some reason you have not heard this...check it out!
