On every album, my favorite song, which is not one of the hits, becomes the target of mass early hatred. I do not understand it. Am I weird?!

Ultraviolet, like Red Hill Mining Town and Heartland, rate in my top 5 U2 songs of all time. Why are the songs I love so much hated so deeply by so many?

I must say this one is the biggest surprise of all, though. I thought Ultraviolet had a large following here. I'm shocked, I really am


My vote would go to Mysterious Ways or So Cruel, but I think I'm going to have to vote for TTTYARTW to save Ultraviolet, though if it is spared it will surely face assault the next round. Why? That song is excellent in so many ways.
