Should I get a U2 tattoo? If so, what should I get?

I would definetly go for it! First of all, U2 would be a good band to ink yourself with....the freagin' groups been together for 25 years,I highly doubt they're going to turn into a bunch of people you don't want to be associated with. Besides, shouldn't a tattoo chronicle a personal aspect of your life. It's clear to me they've been a big influence on you.

Anyways, I have a U2 tattoo myself on my ankle. It's my second (and I say my last!) tat. I don't like needles at all. But tattoo needles aren't anything like a shot. I actually really like the feeling! I wouldn't call it painful...it just kinda gets annoying after a bit. Besides, if it really did hurt that bad then why would people almost always get at least another one after thier first? The thing is...don't get one if you're not going to take care of it. If it's going to be exposed to the sun often you HAVE to commit to putting sunblock on it or it will fade and not look as crisp. It's an investment, you gotta protect it. I love my U2 tattoo. You should definetly get one.

Yeah. That's what always hurts me the most, the coloring in.

Wow, just shows how different people are...with me it was the outlining that hurt. The coloring in was a breeze.

But back to the question. If you can't find something you really like, see if you can find some one to make up something for you. That would make it totally original and perhaps more meaningful to you also.
