I found no record of Larry's involvement in the Shortlist Awards on Interference, so I'm posting this. Sorry if it's a repeat:
Larry was on the nomination commitee of the Shortlist Awards, as well as a judge (according to the BBC). These awards were "created by founders Greg Spotts and Tom Sarig to expose and illuminate the most creative and adventurous albums of the year. "
Larry nominated Bjork.
