I'm sure that's false. If that were the case, tickets would only be available to those with internet access...

That wouldn't make sense. SFX.com has the wristband policy listed as in effect for sales of the 10/13 Hamilton, ONT Copps Coliseum show this Sat. 9/15. ... And SFX.com uses ticketmaster's secure system. So, logically, I think that the usual ticketmaster outlets would handle the ticket sales.
However, (disclaimer), just my thoughts... not verified by any official source.
