Not to derail the thread but this comment really bothered me.
First of all U2 was one of the only bands to not cancel their shows after 9-11. When everyone was bailing they still came.
Secondly, how can you dislike someone for hating something that they've done? I presume, without going back and reading your previous posts, that you are a fan of Pop and Zooropa and you cannot understand how U2 can ignore those two albums. I can understand this.
However, I do not understand how you can dislike them for this. You can disagree with them but "dislike" them as you say? It is their music and their work. They can dislike it if they choose to do so. Are you saying that in your lifetime you have never done anything, be it homework or a project or even cooked a meal that others have enjoyed but you were not satisfied with your effort or the finished product? I think it's human nature to look back and say 'I should have or I could have done this better'. Again, someone can disagree with you but you should not dislike someone for it. It's semantics perhaps, but I feel that the distinction between the two words "disagree" and "dislike" is significant.
How is this relevant to the argument you're trying to make?I enjoy Adam Clayton as a bassist but I've never missed a day of work because of a hangover. How should that affect how you like someone's music?

The song is just very short, that's all, and repeats the same lyrics a couple of times to boot. I guess it's a catchy little tune that was originally done for a good cause...it's just not for me, I guess.
