Is "Angel of Harlem" and "MLK" played live in concert on the R & H video? Or are they the studio versions of the songs (like Hearland). Just curious,

Thanks, LN

From my recollection of watching the movie (haven't in a while) both are from live tapes I would guess. The Angel Of Harlem seems like maybe a version of it they might have released on the record, but settled on what we hear now. And MLK is from some concert, perhaps the Tempe AZ. one  someone else will know i'm sure.

Yeah it is, but apparently it's a different take of the song, as it sounds quite different, just like desire sounds different.

MLK is live in concert.

Those five dollar Rattle and Hum DVDs at Walmart have been moved from the front to the back of the store, at least at mine. They are now in a big box near the video dept. marked 'hot winter deals' or something like that. They are NOT in with the regular videos, and if you ask the workers if they have it they will probably tell you no because they're not in the ones on the shelf.
