I'm not going to give the albums individual marks, but this is my order. From most favourite to least:

1. Achtung Baby
2. Zooropa
3. All That You Can't Leave Behind
4. Pop
5. The Unforgettable Fire
6. The Joshua Tree
7. Boy
8. Rattle & Hum
9. October
10. War

And here are some quotes from another (non U2) forum (where they're discussing whether The Joshua Tree or Achtung Baby is their best album):

U2 is a great band because it produced BOTH The Joshua Tree AND Achtung Baby. It is a great band because it taught us to appreciate it, and then put out a masterpiece with The Unforgettable Fire, and then topped that, and then did something completely different that sometimes we could like even more. It is a great band because a record as good as Rattle and Hum doesn't stand up to its best work at the time.

If a band is so good that fans wildly differ on what's their best album, and four or five of those albums fall into contention, then that's a great band. It's an embarrassment of riches here.

I did my ratings a little differently. I took the amount of songs per album that I liked divided by the total amount of songs on the album. The first number is the percentage of the album I liked. The second ??/?? is the amount of songs I actually liked on the album.

Since the last time I did one of these rankings, ATYCLB has climbed a couple of places at the expense of AB, War has dropped a few and Rattle & Hum is dangerously close to overtaking Zooropa. I'm not sure if i've listened to October, JT, Boy, War or AB since last time I did this many months ago...or maybe even UF, the conditions have to be just right for perfect enjoyment of that very special album for me to listen to it, which is a rare occurence

As you can see, the scores for some of the albums are very close and are subject to change at any time...
