Seven. Perhaps I'm overrating it because this forum loathes it, but I think it's pretty decent.
 
Yeah the R/H hate on here is overpronounced as far as I'm concerned, there's nothing wrong with this song, it's not the pinnacle of creativity, but it's not embarrassing, it's a fun little trip into Americana with Bob Dylan, and for what it is I enjoy it.
 
6 for the studio, don't think it's that bad. The 26/12/1989 Point Depot version in fact, is amazing. Bono's vocals and Larry's drumming are superb.
 
Not as bad as so many people here say, U2 have done far worse songs than this, most of them quite recently.
 
This is one of my favorite U2 songs. I can't honestly give it a 10, but I'll certainly give it a 9. (For those calling this song "embarrassing", I'd like to know what your criteria for embarrassing music is.)
