He has given high rating but they seem to be either really high or really low

while it sucks that he keeps voting songs a 1 (what annoys me the most is that he does not make a single post to say why he's doing this. maybe he really does hate bad. but we'll never know.) the only thing that can be done is just ignore his votes.
