Happy New Year, everyone! It's time to finish up rating War.

Please rate Red Light on a scale from 0 to 10, using whatever criteria you feel allows you to best evaluate the song as a whole. I will not set criteria for people to based on, but if you feel like your best evaluation of the merits of a song comes from voting only based on, say, the studio version, go right ahead and vote that way. Full information on the Rate The Song series may be found in this thread.

Have fun! This poll will close in 96 hours.

Also, Interference ranks October as follows:
1) Gloria
2) Tomorrow
3) October
4) Rejoice
5) Scarlet
6) I Fall Down
7) I Threw A Brick Through A Window
8) Stranger In A Strange Land
9) Fire
10) With A Shout (Jerusalem)
11) Is That All?

I returned to this one for the first time in about 15 years recently, and it's not as bad as I had thought. I mean, it's the "worst" song on War, but is still better than half of October. Anyway, I'll give it a 5 just to be a bit snide.

One of U2's worst songs ever, and the worst track on War - though it's listenable every once in a while. Giving it a 3.

It might be my least favourite U2 song. I haven't listened to it in ages. 1

Not a great track, the low point of War and worse than anything on Boy or October in my book, but better than Boy Girl or Another Day!

They've released worse songs since as well.

War is a great album, one of the best in my opinion, but here is where the greatness derailed. I've listened to this song a lot recently and it's got listenability, and it's not that bad. But it was an attempt at something, though I'm not quite sure what it was, and I'm not sure they did either. 4.
