1-where was the music video filmed? Chicago? and was it a mix of two nights?

2-is it just me or has COBL has more videos and songs released than any other track from HTDAAB? i mean we got

The video was shot in Vancouver...it isn't an actual concert, they just rounded up fans to look like a concert crowd and then rewarded the fans by doing the hokey pokey and a version of Pop Idol
