Why'd they make a video for "Spanish Eyes"? it wasn't an album song, and it wasn't a single, was it? I LOVE the video (and the song), so I was wondering....

My hunch is that they had some interesting, but disjointed footage left over from Outside It's America and decided to put it together for a video to close that program.
