It's Lady With The Spinning Head (Extended Dance Mix), or at least a part of it. Just wait 2 more weeks and you can buy it on TBO1990-2000 Ltd. edition (as it is on the B-side disc). Alternative, check out the Even Better Than The Real Thing single, as it is also on that one (with the original Salome and Where Did It All Go Wrong).
