Other U2 DVDs from this album?

I thought I remembered there was a DVD released that had the Elevation video on it, with some other goodies that I don't remember. Remixes, maybe? I also thought I recently saw a Walk On DVD on ebay.
Does anyone know where these can be purchased in the U.S.? And where can one find information on them? The U2.com store is clased, otherwise I'd naturally start there.

I think that's the special DVD version of Elevation single... I don't know about the details of it though. Anyone?

Yup, it's the DVD single for Walk On. I think it has snippets of some Elevation performances & the video of Walk On itself. I saw it for sale at Virgin in New York and lots of them at eBay.
