So my roommate was watching TNT tonight (that Law and Order is ADDICTIVE! ) and they keep having this commerical on for shows that are premiering on the WB tomorrow night... I'm just barely listening and all of a sudden I hear... "Watch the new show...

ONE TREE HILL"

WHAT?

It looks like the show is about a couple of brothers... I was just curious if anyone else noticed this COMPLETE RIP OFF!

it's not the theme; they couldn't get the rights.. but the show's creator did say it was a song he loved.

Ugh. I see the promos every time I watch The Gilmore Girls. It looks like a totally cliched teen soap opera. I'm glad they didn't get the rights to the song One Tree Hill.
