Did they ever turn up? Or are they still missing after 20 years? Does anyone still care?

Nope.. not yet. I remember in the city of the show where they originally went missing (sorry can't remember which) on the Elevation tour, Bono made reference to it, saying that if the 2 girls who ran off with them still had them then he really wanted them back and he would forgive them for it.

I'd be incredibly interested to see the old lyrics, as I'm sure would a lot of people.

They turned up in 1983, and were sold to Madonna, later surfacing as The successful "like A Virgin" LP....any questions?
