Has anyone from the NY area seen the U2 cover group Unforgettable Fire?? Aside from the fact that the Bono-clone is the lead singer, are they any good to see?

I'm thinking I might go to one soon cuz I miss U2 on tour so much!

Thanks!

Yes. These guys are surprisingly very good. And very close to the real thing. I 've seen them a couple of times and I enjoyed myself thoroughly. The lead singer looks and acts so much like Bono that at times its even scary. I almost soiled myself when I first saw them. Three thumbs up.

I just went to their show last Sat. in Brooklyn and it was pretty good! Tony is a deadringer of Bono, it's spooky!

There's always some of us at one of the shows. If you go to groups.yahoo.com/group/u2nyc you'll find all of us. And really, we don't have enough Interferencers in U2NYC so you all must come to meet me and Starr and AJ.

As for UF, they are playing in two weeks in NYC. go to ufnyc.com.

Thanks!
