The Ideal Copy has vinyl reissues of Boy, War, UF, JT, and AB available for preorder with a release date of October 16.

Something has to be wrong there. No way they would rerelease JT on vinyl a month before they are supposed to be coming out with a remastered CD version.

I'm beginning to wonder why there has been no official announcement of the CD. Maybe this has been just an overblown rumor all along.

Looking back through old threads, U2.com officially confirmed U218 Singles on October 2 for a November 20 release, so if there is going to be an announcement, now would be the time.
