New U2 interviews: Schedules and discussion

Maybe we should start a thread about new and upcoming U2 interviews for TV, radio and in magazines. I'm sure we'll be seeing lots of these within the next couple of weeks. Let's keep them collected here so everyone can see when and where these interviews are taking place.

Bono will be interviewed on Jo Wiley's BBC 2 show tonight, starting at 8 p. m. GMT

And on the Kevin & Bean show on KROQ (L. A. station) starting at 7.50, that should be 3.50 GMT and 4.50 CET.

Bono's talking voice always sounds rather interesting via phone interviews.

Good thread. I've always been interested in interviewing for U2. Does anyone have any tips to pass along? What kind of questions do they normally ask?

Interesting. Thanks for sharing.

The band is—rightly—proud of its latest work, yet the backlash didn’t go unnoticed. “It’s like everyone’s vomiting whatever their first impression is,” said Clayton at one point, bemused rather than self-pitying.

Small correction - right now 7:50 AM Pacific would be 14:50GMT - but it is still 15:50 in the UK (currently on BST) and 16:50 CET. The BBC thing would be 8pm (20:00) BST.

So what's next do you think? I'm guessing a Rolling Stone and Q cover story?

I really hope someone asks them about Battlestar Galactica.

What ever happened to Daniel?

Looks like Bono is also doing an interview with SWR3 radio in Germany but I didn't see when it is.
