Is this considered a U2 song or is it just Bono and Edge?

Any other interesting information about this song? I love the song, but it's just so much different than anything else they've done!

I think it was written by Bono alone for a birthday party of Frank Sinatra.

He wrote the song for Frank Sinatra to perform, but when he met F.S. he was disoriented and so Bono didn't give him the song. The next time that he saw Frank, he was complaining about people giving him scripts, etc.
