Just found it today on audiogalaxy. It is just a 53 second acapella (sp?) version of "Mothers of the Disappeared". I think there was a bootleg mix called the Rainbow Mix that used this vocal. Just thought I'd tell those who don't have all the recordings out there.
If you're going to search for it - I just put in: Bono - a capela from 20 anos-ni un paso atras. Or you could simply search for Bono - "mothers of the disappeared". Being a big fan of this song, I was happy to find it.
