it sounds a lot like The Edge. Just wondering if it is or if Bono just sounds different there compared to the rest of the song...?!

I'm a big fan of Edge's singing. He's underutilized, and should sing more. The only time I didn't like his singing was in the Johnny Cash tribute...

It's definitely Edge. It's him when they play it live (hence, the lame "Bono caught lip synching" threads by the confused), and it's him on the album. I didn't really notice until I'd heard him do it live....but now I can definitely pick it up on the album. Pretty impressive that he can sound so closely like Bono.

definately Edge they sound very similiar, and do harmonize quite a bit together. Edge has a beautiful voice.

He sings a line or 2 in 'Xanax and Wine' too, it's a cute sort of 'reply' to Bono. Of course there's also SBS during Popmart, the Stuck in a Moment falsetto live, the IALW amazing last line on Boston DVD which I adore... Yeah, we need more Edge!
