If you had to put together a U2 Best-Of compilation, 1980-2005, and IT ALL HAS TO FIT ON ONE 80-MINUTE DISC(NO 8-Disc Anthologies), what would it be? Keep in mind, we're talking Best Of here, not Greatest Hits. There's a difference. Here's mine - cutting Still Haven't Found, All I Want Is You, and Gone was painful, but for the sake of variety and fitting it on one disc, it had to happen...

Man, that was hard. It's a slightly unfair list of songs but still a great compilation. Ending with Sunday Bloody Sunday is interesting, not necessarily good but interesting.

So what? I can't have an opinion? I was really trying to give a good variety, spice, and fresh feel to my list. I didn't want to just list all the greatest hits. And I feel that songs like Love Is Blindness, Mofo, Please, In A Little While, Stay, and others are musically better than Pride and especially BD. And The Unforgettable Fire is one of the most musically superb songs U2 have ever written. I'm not saying any of this is fact, I'm simply stating my opinion.

Oh, and btw, that's not to say I don't like Pride or BD. I love both.
