MELON remix dics question

there are so many FRUIT remix disc. I thought that Propaganda released one. And only one. Are all the other discs made by fans, or official releases, or what?

Melon was the only official remix album from Propaganda. The rest are bootlegs.

and beware: there are also a lot of 'melon' bootlegs out there! the original one has a cardboard sleeve and the disc itself has the appearence of a sliced melon
