It's a good album - has got a quite a few spotlights (All I Want Is You, God Part II, Silver & Gold, Hawkmoon and a memorable live version of Bullet). It didn't rank higher because I absolutely hate Van Diemen's Land and Love Rescue Me and don't think much of the Still Haven't Found version and Angel of Harlem.

anyway, I just think that within time people will start to see that bomb is not all that great. Its a good record, but U2 is capable of doing a lot better.

When did I ever say I hate the last 2 albums? The H word gets thrown around wayyy too much here. And FYI, I've pretty much stopped participating/voting in those polls. They're not gonna convince anybody to change their opinion anyway.

My top three is what I primarily listen to then their last two cds with excessively long names though all in all I prefer UF and JT over them. Boy, October, and War are a bit before my time and I seldom listen to them even though there are some great “classic” songs in that group. Passengers has a couple of songs I like but the majority of Rattle and Hum just sucks imo.
