Making a Vertigo Tour mix...

Something that I normally do in anticipation of a tour for one of my favorite bands [not just U2, others like Bon Jovi, REM, Motley Crue, Metallica, etc.] is make a "tour mix," 16/17/18 songs which I would either: love to hear, predicting as part of the setlist for the tour, know we're going to hear it, or just plain dreaming out loud.

I'm going to see the Crue next month, and made a sweet 18-song tour mix which I've been listening to for the past few weeks.

Granted, my Boston Vertigo gigs are over 3 months away, but I'm itching to make a tour mix...and I need help. Here's what I'm thinking, and PLEASE reply with some of your suggestions. After all, it is Friday afternoon and I can't wait to get out of the office!

I was hoping it would be the Love and Peace or Else tour!

I'd love to hear Gloria and 11 O'clock Tick Tock come back.

I went with my girlfriend to a Crue concert once, and we walked out mid-show. They have no class. None. I was so embarassed by their visuals and onstage banter, that I was relieved to hear my girlfriend say "Let's go". They have a very different feel than U2 does playing live. I prefer the heart-in-the-clouds feel of U2.
