Here's a playlist I made of songs that don't get as much credit as other songs in the U2 canon by casual fans

11 O'Clock Tick Tock
The Electric Co. (The best version, IMO, from 'Under a Blood Red Sky')
Wire
A Day Without You
Acrobat
I Fall Down
Do You Feel Loved
Original of the Species
Kite
Running to Stand Still
Drowning Man
Heartland
Ultra Violet (Light My Way)
Exit
God Part II
Mofo
A Sort of Homecoming
Seconds

what do you think? *suggestions welcome*

I totally agree about "Do You Feel Loved." I'd love to hear a live version of that.

(I know they played it in the first couple shows, so if anyone has their hands on one, drop it.)

I put the songs in that order so it would flow well.

My fave from that list is Ultra Violet, i think it goes well next to Exit tho:wink:

Edit: I meant to say "A Day Without Me" on the list, I was listening to the early demo version:wink:

Agree with Love Comes Tumbling. great song... think I'd add When I Look At The World as well..

"The First Time"
"Grace"
"Promenade"
"Mothers of the Disappeared"
"The Wanderer"
"Surrender"
"Seconds"
"The Refugee"
"Elvis Presley and America"
"So Cruel"

Id put "Who's gonna ride your wild horses" and "So Cruel" onto the original list.

Deep In The Heart is a great song. Too bad I only have a low quality version of it. :(

And also The Unforgettable Fire :p

IMO it shouldn't be considered a "hidden" gem because it was a single and was on the Best of 1980-1990

the only songs that were singles here were 11 O'Clock..., A Day Without Me, and Mofo. None of them rele got much cred w/ the rest of the songs

If one was to leave one's e-mail address, one might find something in one's inbox.
