Take any U2 album, remove all the studio tracks and put in your favorite live versions in their place! Of course, you may not find live versions for all the songs but bring it as close as possible to the original track order.

I wish I could do a fair comparison, but the sound quality of the Sydney video and of most ZooTV bootlegs is significantly inferior to that of the Chicago DVD. There are parts of The Fly on the Sydney video where you can barely hear Edge's guitar over the crowd noise, especially towards the end of the song.

There's one performance labelled as being from one of four shows U2 played at McGonagle's in June 1979.

I must say I am a tad skeptical as it seems rather familiar to 1980-02-26 except for the sound quality, but that's what it's dated and I've seen it on a good deal of trade lists. One such example: http://www.justinscdrtrading.com/u2/bonoworksatmcgonagles.html
