Just an addition to the Edge/Bono singing dispute...

On the Zoo TV tour, besides backup vocals to "Numb," Larry sings "Wild Rover," an Irish drinking song, solo.

Man, good times

IM me (fenderzigocaster) so i can send it to you.

I've had the opportunity to hear some of Larry's singing on bootlegs and...not good

Larry peformed ( almost every night from Outside Broadcast to Zooropa Tour ) three irish drinking songs : Dirty Old Town, Wild Rover and Whiskey In The Jar.

During the Joshua Tree tour, Larry sings Tequila Sunrise ( Hampton, VA, December 12, 1987 ).

And! Stand By Me during Lovetown Tour with Bono on drums!!! ( Sydney, September 29, 1989 ) :D :D

In Providence, R.I., on Halloween, 2001 Larry (on his 40th b-day) sang an Irish tune if I recall correctly. Bono got behind the drum kit and pretended as if he were about to start playing as Mullen Jr. took center stage. The boys (and crowd) got a kick out of it. Good times.

watch the sydney video, Larry has a mic for most of it

you can clearly see him sing in Zoo Station and Daddy's Gonna Pay!
