"Kite" from Sydney's solo sounds close to "Ordinary World"

Part of the beginning and guitar solo in Duran Duran's song "Ordinary World"

If you listen to the solo of 'Kite' from Sydney 2006, there is a similiarity

BLASPHEMY!!!!!!!!
it doesn't count since Duran Duran isn't a real band. so u2 should get their solos and use them in real songs.
isn't there some law against being the "worlds oldest boy band"?
