Is the girl from the Electrical Storm video the same as in the "In America" film?

I may be way off on this one, but is the girl who plays the mermaid in U2's Electrical Storm video the same on who plays the young mother in that Irish film "In America" that was out a year or so ago? They look alike to me, but that's all I know.

Anyway, word to the wise, if you haven't seen that film "In America", I'd suggest it, but only if you can handle crushing sadness. Man, that's a tearjerker at the end.

I loved the movie "In America" and I have it on dvd. Samatha Morton is a wonderful actress! She was also great in "Minority Report."
