is it possible to split mp3s?

I have a number of mp3s which I'd liek to eliminate the begginning or end of, eg. I have an mp3 of Exit live (R+H) with the interview at the beggining, and version of RTSS (Zoo TV) with the Streets intro at the end.

Anyone know if its possible to get rid of the part u don't want?

Download a splitter software and that may do the job with some hit and trial.
