This Sunday night, 3rd November, U2 fans in Christchurch finally get
a chance to see the premier U2 tribute show, 'Even Better than the Real
Thing'.

In conjunction with Universal NZ, More FM, and Echo Records, 'Even
Better than the Real Thing' will play a 2-hour U2 show to coincide with
the midnight release of the 'Best of 1990-2000' CD.

Even Better Than the Real Thing offer a spectacular, fully choreographed
live show that is the closest thing you will get to a U2 concert, short
of it actually being, well... the real thing!

I have seen this U2 show several times now, and it has been absolutely
superb every time. When I saw it for the first time late last year,
shortly after seeing the real band during the Elevation tour, I could
not believe my eyes (and ears)! At times, it was *almost* like being
right back in the middle of the heart.

U2 last came to Christchurch in 1993, and hopes are fading that they
will ever make it back to New Zealand again. So, get down to the
Caledonian Hall on Sunday night (at 8:30pm) and enjoy the show. You
won't be disappointed!

General Admission tickets are just $20, and are available for purchase
from Echo Records, or at the door on the night. "The Best of 1990-2000"
CD will also be available for purchase from the venue after the show.
