The Fly (the Elevation Tour version)

and

Walk On

I'm making myself a live "Best of" and I need to know which versions of these songs are the best.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have the Minneapolis show but I'm not sure about that version of The Fly... I'll wait until Skeek comes to this thread and gives me a zillion shows to pick from

I thought "The Fly" from New Jersey(first leg) was amazing.

As for Walk On, Chicago 10-16 was the best live version of any U2 song I've ever seen.

Look what you did, you little JERK!

Kevin! You're such a disease!

If you're looking for quality, get the mp3s from the Boston DVD... mmm crystal clear soundboard. Actually the version of Walk On from the Road Movie on DIsc 2 is better than the one in the concert imo because it has "for Aung Sun Suu-kyi" not edited out like on the actual concert. Mp3s of the DVD have been available on file sharing programs like Morpheus or WinMX.. I have ripped copies made by my brother.

As far as performance, I really love the Turin version of Fly. And of course Walk On you'll have to decide if you like the 1st and 2nd leg hallelujahs or the 3rd leg hallelujahs.
