There has to be a 5 minute break between each vote and you can't vote twice in a row. If the 5 minutes have passed but no one has voted after you, you can't vote.
New Rule: In the final, the winner is decided when one song has more 25 points than the other. This rule was made to finish with the "agreed by everyone" winners.
