Yahweh (this was one of my least favorite tracks on the initial first 2 or 3 album listens, but it's probably one of my favorite songs on the whole disc right now)

Sometimes (the live performances have really given this song a kick in the balls. It's powerful, very well put together.)

Original OOTS (I think it has the best melody on the whole album, although some of the lyrics remain clumsy)

One Step Closer (really harkens back to Zoo era U2, more understated, less noisy though. Cool track)

All Because of You (probably the best song on the album, for all intents and purposes.)

ok, that's 5 upgrades.

Downgrade:

Vertigo (enough already. God damn Ipod ad is grating, still a good song)

COBL (I don't know, I am having trouble with this track. I know it's 'supposed' to be good, but I am not feeling it.)

A Man and A Woman (actually has gotten worse with each listen)

Miracle Drug (good song. It's easily one of the best tracks)
Love and Peace (another really good one)
Crumbs FYT (great song, one of my top 2 or 3 on the album)

Good thread here. As with most, this is very fluid. Currently...

Vertigo - upgrade - I disliked this track from the beginning - but it's reached a state of being tolerable...
Miracle Drug - downgrade - wanted to love it, thought I loved it, then realized there just seems to be something missing...
Sometimes - neutral - have liked it from the beginning and try to play it sparringly so I don't wear it out...
Love and Peace - neutral - excellent tune...
COBL - downgrade
ABOY - upgrade - liked the MTV live version...it's still alive...
AMAAW - upgrade - this song just keeps getting better and better for me...
Crumbs - upgrade - I have really started to get this piece - love the guitar and drums...
One Step - downgrade - boring...
OOTS - upgrade - musically, I'm still detached somewhat, but the lyrics are very good...
