Help with a compilation playlist

Well, a friend of mine that loves U2 too asked me if I could put in one CD some songs that he has only heard in my home nut he doesn't have them.
What I have doubts about is about the tracklisting. I'd like to make it with a good running order to make those songs sound better. The songs are the following:
