I was looking for Brian Eno's notes or diary or something similar where he wrote down some titles of songs that the band where working on during All That You Can't Leave Behind and I know I saw them here once before.

I also think they where exhibited at the "In The Name of Love: two decades of U2" exhibition at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame a few years ago and I seem to remember that someone wrote those titles down.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about could you post that list again here since I'm not a premium member and can't use the search function.

Thanks in advance!

I remember larry being quoted as saying Bulldozer was his favorite song from that era. I'd love to hear it.

Interesting to see Miracle Drug and A Man and a Woman on there. I didn't realize they were written before Atomic Bomb.

I know Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own is older and I think Love and Peace dates back to the Pop era if I heard that right once.

Also interesting that hardly any song idea listed up there resembles anything that made it on the album. Always is up there which turned into Beautiful Day and Stuck in a Moment

so... copying IRON MAIDEN (very badly), BON JOVI, and a song with the worst name ever?

I'd like to think they countered "Rock My Soul" with "Sweat Of The Sun", which has quite possibly the best name ever.

That, or "Big Jesus About Town". Oh, the images this one brings to the mind.
