Heckler Outside of Concert

I read a fan account somewhere of a street preacher outside a concert on the Vertigo Tour. I believe this might have been Atlanta, but I'm not sure. I believe he was telling them that they're all going to hell for going to see "the rock and roll concert". I was trying to find this because I found it hilarious. If there is no exact account, does someone know when/where this happened. Thanks!
