Has anyone in Canada received their prop form??

This week has become a sort of hell for me, as I think it is for anybody in southwestern Ontario. I am getting really, really stressed right now!

i think i would email terri and print the form out and send it ASAP.
when you do send it XPRESSPOST 'cause you can track your package. the last known position of mine was in St. Laurent PQ at 5 in the morning. i assume it's in the states by now. yay.
