For those of you who are confused...

"GAO!" is the noise a dragon makes (I believe according to some Japanese cartoon). Members of Interference picked up on this word and started saying "GAO!" in moments of anger or frustration (or when dealing with deathbear).

When I saw the article about "GAO suing the White House" I couldn't resist the pun.
