"Gangs of New York" to open in December

this according to miramax.com, but we heard that last year this time, so we'll see, this looks like it's finally going to happen though, so we can anticipate new tunes for the Best Of and Gangs of NY for later this year, now the question is will these songs be more of a Bono solo project or U2, or a combination of both?

I hope its Bono with other artists, leave the actual U2 stuff for a new album...oh and screw this idea of new tracks on the best of, its really really buggin me.
