U2's afternoon flight from Boston to Buffalo was delayed by about three hours after a snowstorm closed Logan Airport temporarily. U2's flight, which was due to leave at about 3:00 pm ET, didn't leave until after 6:00 pm. It's scheduled to arrive in Buffalo at about 7:30 pm, about 90 minutes before U2 is due on stage for tonight's show.

Man, when I read something like this then I can't help but appreciate more than ever what the band has done for us.

I think you all know what I mean...

I was crying into my beer at the thought of there being no tour this time around, never mind snowstorms & aeroplanes 'n stuff.
Glenn Miller & Buddy Holly can go and find themselves another freaking backing band cos these 4 boys are going fucking nowhere....as the B man says...".....we're just getting started...".

AMEN brother!

and putting these 'thoughts' aside, I'm from the other side of the Mersey if you ever want to trade.
