Favourite Transitions

What are your favourite transitions from ANY song to one another.

I don't mean as they appear on the album, but ones that you may have heard on compilation cds etc that you particularly like.

The one I quite like is Heatland > Hawkmoon.

Same album, but the change in keys fits, and they have a great sound.

Also worth trying is Last Night on Earth into Love is Blindness

Last one, I do love Pride Into NYD on Best fo 80-90
