Lately all I have been listening to is this guy. I only have 2 albums so far, but if all the rest of his stuff is as good as what is on XO or "Figure 8" he may tie radiohead for my second favorite artist.

I also write songs for guitar and his style fits mine perfectly. Many people could learn many lessons from his songwriting.

Very very skilled and complex songwriter, and such a relaxing voice.

it's great acoustic music but with beautiful string arrangements, piano accompanyment, all organized by him...brilliant.

The first song I heard was "Waltz#2". Beautiful 'waltzy' tune, hooked me good.

I have heard good things about him. He also has a great song on the Royal Tenenbaums soundtrack, I think. If his other stuff is as good as that, I'll check him out.
