Seriously. Here in Washington, DC, where a townhouse in Georgetown---a house that's attached to somebody else, has no backyard and no parking, and sits on about 0.2 acres of land---goes for $1-2million, $15-18 million for 50ha with a cottage & creek on it (and probably a nice view!) doesn't sound so bad...

exactly what i was thinking... 120 acres for only $15M in malibu... sounds like a steal! good investment and good on him.

I don't think the Edge will leave Dublin. That's his HOME. The Calif Malibu property is just one of his homes, and they probably spend more time here and have invested more (it's probably surrounding property for more/added privacy) because Morleigh's family is in LA.
