Easter eggs on all the U2´s DVD:s?

Sorry if this is the wrong area, but I´d really like to know how I can see the hidden stuff on U2´s DVD:s. I have all of the except the best of -DVD:s, but I´m planning on getting those also.

This is what I found after a quick search:

Zoo TV:

Best of and Boston:

Slane doesn't have any that I am aware of...

I couldn't find any for Chicago or Milan Vertigo, does anyone have anything for those?

It really depends on your DVD player; the instructions can be different depending on the brand and even the model, frustrating I know...

I never got the Bono-Cam from the Boston ones working either.

Quite honestly the best bonus so far has been on the Zoo TV DVD, the rest I can take or leave...

Don't worry baby, it's gonna be all right. Uncertainty can be a guiding light...
