just wondering what y'all think of the many times on the album that Bono has two vocal tracks during the verses, one track below the original.

it kind of threw me off at first, but it's starting to grow on me.

So much for the "I can't overdub my voice, I sing it different each time from the UF doc".

Heh, not a big fan of doubled vocals but everyone and I mean everyone uses em.

Also, I don't look at it as over-dubs as much as vocal harmonies.

It's an attribute of the song, I think ATYCLB could have used some of it.

They did this on Discotheque too.

I like it. It totally took me by surprise for the ABOY verses. I guess I was used to Bono singing the high part from the TOTP and Apple gigs. BUt, it sounds great (along with that Kick-ass guitar on ABOY).

I LOVE it! And i missed it very much on ATYCLB...

He does that since AB (Even Better comes to mind)...

He did on Zooropa (Babyface for instance)...

POP had Discoteque, If God will send his angels...

And now All Because of You, Crumbs and Yawhew...

WOW!!!
